Changes

You can return your Movu ACT garments up to 20 days after placing your order or after the sale.

Movu ACT is not responsible for return shipping costs.

To return your Movu ACT garment, it must be in perfect condition, unused, unwashed, with labels and tags intact, and in its original packaging.

To make a return, send your order to Calle 79a #8-63, office 200 in the city of bogotá. Bogota, Colombia, 110221

We will review it, and if it is in the same condition in which it was delivered, we will begin the return process.

How long does it take for my change to arrive?

Once we receive the exchange product, the new reference will be sent. The delivery time is between 7-10 business days if it is in Colombia and up to 15 business days if abroad.

Right of Withdrawal

 It applies only to purchases made through www.movuact.com. To request the reversal of the money you paid for your purchase, we inform you that, under current regulations, your request must meet the following requirements

Submit a formal claim within five days of receiving the product, in writing through one of our customer service channels, to the email info@movusportswear.com or by sending a WhatsApp message to the number +573244809144; our support team will indicate the steps to follow to return your money.

The refund of the price paid will be made within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the moment it is exercised, and the product is delivered.

  •  The customer must send the item through the same means and in the same condition in which it was received. That is, with all its original packaging, parts, accessories, and labels attached to it without alteration or any sign of having been used. The expenses incurred in the transport logistics to the MOVU ACT facilities and the others will be assumed by the buyer the return of the good entails; after presenting the claim, our customer service advisors will instruct you to send the package to Calle 79a #8-63, office 200 in Bogota.

 

Can I request a refund of money?

It is possible. The refund is only made if the product purchased does not meet the specifications of the order placed, if the reference or size is different from the one requested, and/or if the product shipped has quality or production defects. To request a refund, you must send an email to info@movusportswear.com

The money refund is made by the same means it was purchased.

Yes, you have five days after receiving your order to return your Movu ACT. The garment must be in perfect condition, unused, unwashed, with the tags intact and in its original packaging.

To return it, write us an email at info@movusportswear.com. After completing the entire process and verifying the status of the garments, we will refund your money.

If Mercadopago processed your payment, the refund process might take up to 15 business days.

The refund would be made directly to the card if the purchase was made with a credit card.

How long does a money refund take?
